My jack boots came from soviet boots. I was approved with these, but 2 pieces of rock would probably be more confortable. I would recommend getting a size or two above your normal size and shove some insoles in there.
There is also Imperial boots that started making some jack boots.

Nitpicky detail, but you want a few layers/draping in the front to create a 'waterfall' sort of effect.
It also gives the bonus effect of not feeling so snug across one's chest... ;)
