ROTS Royal Guard outer cloak - always with 4 arm slits?

Hi!
I was just wondering...Is there any possibility that they actually used two different sets of Royal cloaks for ROTS? The scene where Yoda meets up with Palpatine in his "office" and the guards get force-struck against the wall, it almost looks as if you can only see two arm slits on a guard instead of the CRL four. We don't have Blu-Ray, and I guess watching still images on it might show something we haven't been able to see...?
Would anyone of you have Blu-Ray, and be able to clarify this matter to us?
