Working on a pool cue force pike. What did everyone use as an emitter? What was used for the emitter in the visual reference pic? Does anyone know?

I used a tap. The original prop used what is called a "worm gear hob".

Since I'm in the middle of moving I haven't had much time to work on the project, so it's currently on hold. I hope to get going on it shortly.

Thanks! Yea Im out of work right now so my build is going slow as well. Im excited about it though. I looked up worm gear hobs, they are really expensive.

Hence the reason I used the tap.
