hey guys,

i've finally got the right material for my inner robe so I'm trying to find a pattern to make it. you'd think, given it's a clothing item worn by over a billion people, patterns would be common, but no!

does anyone have a good one? it's commonly called a thawb, but I believe the correct translation is Thobe.

Go to your local fabric store and check out the passion play patterns. There's a few biblical styles that would work well.

Ah yeah. I've got a "simplicity" robe pack which is close, and probably similar to other costume makers, I just wondered if there was a real pattern out there cheers!
