Approuvable rasp emitter?

I decided to play around with a worm gear CAD and my printer, and this came out. Would it look good? I still haven't bought a pole so I might scale it up a bit. As it it, ID is 1/2'', 2'' long (1.5'' on the teeth). I would fill in the holes for sure.
