Why is the CRL for the Royal Guard, and Shadow Guard for that matter, not Green Lit yet? It's not as if we'll be getting any more behind the scenes photos or leaked images, will we?

I think they are working on it. I have sent them all the pics they need for the TFU Royal Guard. I just think they haven't had the chance to update it.
