Your shoulders appear to be twisted, as in the top seam seems to be around the back. To get the waterfall effect better on the front, and if shoulders are too low, put some pleats under where your helmet sits. Obviously needs hemmed but do this after your happy with the top. Looking pretty good so far...

Ahh! That was my fault, I missed that the shoulder was sitting wonky when taking the picture. :geez:
