Now all I need to do is cut out the inside of the visor and install the visor and do the internal work

How long should the staff be?
im 5'10" or alittle taller with the boots and bucket on

I believe to be height proportional to you, the saber pike (minus the saber) should be approx 5' in length... give or take a couple inches... obviously when you add the blade in it should be apwards of almost 9' in length....

i think I might try and make the saber unless i can find one to buy

I would have the blade end at least at your shoulders with a 3 inch blade that will give you 8 feet so you will need to duck the blade when going in doors.
